Refund Policy

We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee. If you are not satisfied with Logbook, you can request a full refund within 30 days of your order date.

How to request a refund

Refunds are processed by our payment provider and Merchant of Record, Paddle. Request a refund at paddle.net using the email address on your receipt, or contact us at support@endeavourspeechpathology.com and we will help.

Cancelling your subscription

You can cancel at any time from the Billing page in the app. Cancellation stops future charges; you keep access until the end of the period you have already paid for, and your records remain available to export.

Paddle’s own refund policy also applies to purchases made through their checkout.
